Chibi Yuuto has posted an update with speculation that there will be no third season of Tsubasa. This could very likely be the case though I think it's strange that:
1) When the first season was airing it was announced that Bee Train was contracted to animate
three seasons. People have been saying there will be no third season because the second was announced while the first season was airing and that the third season hasn't been announced and the second season has finished. Well... that would make sense except for the fact that the third season was already announced when the second season was.
2) If they aren't making a third season due to ratings or lack of sales... why did NHK jump straight into season two reruns as soon as season two ended? Surely they would take it off and air something else.
However:
1) CY says that the fourth cd was billed as the completion of a work (thought that could refer to season two and not the series as a whole).
2) There was no box made for the second season DVDs like there was for the first season.
3) CLAMP seems to have given up on any involvement with the series and instead focused on the xxxHolic series drawing box covers and DVD commentaries while going Tsubasa jack all.
Time will tell I guess, though I think a third season will come (right now that is).
Stay tuned for more.

Madman Australia's latest email newsletter says that us Aussies can expect the series on DVD mid 2007. Logically we can assume that the US will get it a few months earlier.
That's not that far away people! I wonder what special features we can expect?

Whew! Just upped six more episode guides! Episode 43 finishes off the LeCourt arc, 45 - 46 revisits Chun Yang's country and 48 - 49 begin a huge five episode arc anime exclusive storyline finale for season two!
Tech difficulties prevented me from getting the guide to 44 up which is a shame as Card Captor Sakura fans will love the Kero cameo but it will be online, along with 50 - 52 (the finale) this weekend!
Talk about a busy week!
Please not that I didn't have time for the crossover info with this latest batch but will add that info this weekend as well as do a spelling, link and info check for the entire season two episode guide list to get rid of any errors that are present.
With that all out of the way, I'll head back and finish up the guide to season one and the movie.
(I'm still crossing my fingers for a second movie! Come on Prod I.G.!)

What do you think? I got some FTP access this weekend and thought it would be a great opportunity to update Loop with it's brand new layout!!! I'm really hyped about it personally. It takes care of that readability issue some people had with the old layout's font colours plus also looks damn cool!
Also have two new episode guides
up here.
Expect the rest of season two's episode guides up by next week! That's ten episode guides! Wish me luck!
