Season two will be skipping The Country of Idols and Sharano Country and going straight to Piffle World! Odds are they'll come back to the first two later in the show's run. Why are they doing this? My guess is that they wanted to start the season off with a fast paced action themed story, and Piffle has that (sci fi racing!). The Country of Idols would basically be a one episode arc with a bunch of furry bunny things (though I really can't wait to see it) and Sharano Country maybe a bit series to start a new season with.
