Wow. After so many episodes of the Outo arc, the conclusion sure came fast and almost out of nowhere! Pacing was very fast in this episode with plenty for all the characters to do, including the supporting group. Was a bit disapointed however when Saoran didn't get to actually fight Sephiro, though it's great that they have another recurring character (as he managed to travel to a different world). Speaking of which, I loved seeing them NOT get a feather for a change. I'm glad this arc ended on a different note than all the others. I only wish some characters would die. Not Saoron's gang, but at
least one of the supporting characters. I mean, I doubt we'll see any of them again. Why has noone died in this series yet, save in flashback? What are they saving these supporting players for? Fan service?
Something worth mentioning was the animation style this episode. Seemed very... off. Very similar actually to the style in the Hanshin arc at the begining of this season.
Good to see mister Reed again and the season finale next week looks great though they kind of ruined a major revelation in the preview for those viewers who havn't guessed the obvious about that mysterious boy in the tube yet. ;)
