Episode 16
Here we are, the first Tsubasa anime original episode... and boy did I wish they just stuck to the manga and that this one off world only lasted for one episode! All the characters were written as stereotypes of themselves (sometimes to the extreme in the case of Faye and Kurogane), the animation was B grade at best and the design and feel of this world was just "blah".
Here we have an anime with the concept that every episode can be an entorely different world, with different characters and what do we get? Uninspired sword fights (they look like kids playing with cardboard swords) and the two most boring supporting characters ever to meet our gang.
This episode was just lazy. They could have done anything but instead we just got CRAP. Sorry, but there is nothing in this ep that is honestly worth watching. Skip it.

3 Seasons of Tsubasa Chronicles!!!
chibiyuuto: Random News has reported that there will be two more seasons after the current one!... After a 6 month break that is. Cool news for us, huh?
I woner what the new opening will be like? I guess we'll get another xxxHolic and Tsubasa Movie too! :D
Episode 15
Loved this episode (looks like the show has hit's it's stride now!). There was some shoddy animation in some scenes but nothing as bad as say, a Dragonball Z episode. ;) This pretty much followed the manga word for word so storywise there was really no suprises.
Emerald was great in this episode and I loved when Mokona jumped at Kurogane's face. Faye didn't do much at all unfortunately however Sakura did and I have to say I have LOVED Sakura in this arc! That's saying a lot considering I HATED her in all the others.
I think we had some new music cues towards the end of this episode?
Funniest bit was AFTER the episode! I won't ruin it for anyone but let's just say that Mokona reprises one of his special techniques! ;)

Episode 14
Sorry for the late post on this episode. Once more, my social life has kept me away from the web.
What can I say? Loved this episode. Excellent animation. No "off" looking faces. Kurogane looked especially cool and Mokona was animated to perfection.
Some changes to the manga occurred. No disease like in the manga affected the villiage, instead a war over the feather. A new addition was an anime only 108 secret technique for Mokona, Magical Entry.
Not as accurate as the last episode on plot from the manga, but still a good episode nethertheless.
There is one plot hole though that has been bugging me; You'd think that the parents would be a BIT more protective of their kids. How can one leave the house without the parents knowning?

Wing Journey for posting info about the Tsubasa DVDs coming out here in Japan, we now know how many eps there will be....
26! Will there be another season after this one? Will the series conclude in the last episode? This
we don't know.

Episode 13
These episodes keep getting better!
I must say that I simply LOVED the opening shot of this episode with the snow. Very inspired, and the fact that this arc seems to be moving
faster than the manga counterpart (the complete oposite of what happened with the first arc, and to some degree the second) makes this one of the most enjoyable episodes to watch yet!
Great, characterisation, no extra "Sakura Scenes"... Hell, she even fainted! She ain't all powerful afterall! Yay!
