Saturday, June 02, 2007 Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle DVD 1 Review  Well my copy of the first Region 1 English Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle DVD arrive yesterday! I popped it in, gave it a watch and..... FRIGGING LOVED IT!!! I couldn't believe it! I honestly think the English version of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle is better than the Japanese version! It's amazing the difference the voices make! Honestly if you found the Japanese version boring (even I did occasionally) you have to check this out. It'll change your opinions on the anime completely! Fai sounded breathless and flat to me, and Sakura seemed too high for her character. The constant mispronunciation of "Kurogane" was really... *cringe*, even after just 5 eps as well. ^^; The translation was rather great, though, I thought. # posted by  Suu : 3:54 PM   Gah! I forgot to mention the mispronunciations! Will edit the review and add that! They also were saying Mokona weird as well. Like Moe-ko-na instead of Mo-ko-na. And Sakura as Sarrr-ku-ra instead of Sa-ku-ra.
